Any Last Requests?

As you may have heard, the Doc is retiring soon, and will be doing a show filled with YOUR requests shortly before the final countdown show.
This special show will be September 27 and requests can be submitted July 25 through September 15 so put on your thinking caps and come up with a good one.
Since this will be the final time Dr. Demento will honor requests on his show, you might want to request:
  • something you haven't heard in a long time or can't find
  • something that has special meaning to you
  • something you want to dedicate to a special person
  • consider using the voice request option below
  • note that not all requests can be honored, and a maximum of one request per person will be used

Tell the Doc your request in an audio file, and you might hear your voice on the "last requests" show! You will also receive a free online listen to the show if your request is chosen for broadcast. Files are limited to 1 MB, WAVE or MP3 format, and should be no longer than 30 seconds.

Some tips:
* Say your name and the name of the city or town you live in
* Say the name of the song (or a brief description of it...the title doesn't have to be exactly correct)
* Be enthusiastic!
* Keep it under 30 seconds (voice requests are subject to editing).
* Tell us what makes this song special to you, and why it should be on the "last requests" show. (Note that not all requests can be honored.)
